Mission Statement

The Georgia Association for Women in Higher Education is a statewide association dedicated to providing professional support to women educators through programs, services, advocacy and publications. The Association embraces cooperative association, professional development, and activities in the areas of administration, public service, academic services, instruction, and research that Georgia's women educators conduct in educational institutions and agencies. The Association is committed to lifelong learning and to furthering educational and career development opportunities for professional women educators, with an emphasis on higher education.
